From concert posters to politically charged fine art pieces, Cleveland-based artist Derek Hess has tested the waters of both the music and art world for over 15 years. From a young age, Hess was transfixed by his father Roy’s ability to create on paper the images of planes and tanks that his son had swimming in his head.

The Small Heart Skull Strhess Laser Etched and Engraved Moleskine Notebook is bound in cardboard, with a 'moleskine' cover with rounded corners and an elastic enclosure. The acid-free pages are thread bound and the notebook includes an expandable inner note holder made of cardboard and cloth. Each Moleskine journal has a ribbon placeholder and removable card with the history of Moleskines.
